Day 01 Cochin
Kochi
(colonial name Cochin) is a vibrant city situuated on the
south-west coast of the Indian peninsula in the breathtakingly
scenic and prosperous state of Kerala, hailed as 'God's Own
Country'. Its strategic importance over the centuries is
underlined by the sobriquet Queen of the Arabian Sea. Afternoon
sightseeing of Dutch Palace, Jewish Synagogue, Chinese fising
net and evening sunset cruise at Marine drive. Overnight at
hotel.
Day 02 Cochin – Munnar
Munnar - breathtakingly beautiful - a haven of peace and
tranquility - the idyllic tourist destination in God's own
country. Enroute
sightseeing of Cheeyapara & valara waterfalls. Evening leisure
at hotel. Overnight at hotel.
Day 03 Munnar
After breakfast go for sightseeing tour to Munnar. It Includes
Mattupetty , Kundala, Eravikulam national park, view point &
tata tea museum. Evening return back to hotel. Overnight at
hotel.
Day 04 Munnar – Thekkady
Thekkady is a landlocked home for its myriad fauna and flora as
well as for the Mannans, Palians and Ooralie tribes who still
continue their ancient methods of herding and bee keeping.
Afternoon visit spice plantations and evening boating at
Thekkady lake. Overnight at hotel.
Day 05 Thekkady – Kumarakom
Kumarakom is undoubtedly the most invigorating, fascinating
paradise in Kerala, God's own country. The slender coconut palms
standing here, there and everywhere, its never ending paddy
fields, meandering lagoons and backwaters, mangroves nesting
birds of a hundred varieties can peacefully calm and invigorate
your mind with renewed inspiration for your vocation. Overnight
at Houseboat.
Day 06 Kumarakom – Cochin
After breakfast check out from Houseboat and transfer to Cochin
Airport / Railwaystation. |
